In developing our church's privacy policy we came across a privacy policy example that a local congregation could use for Baptist Convention of Ontario and Quebec. You can download it here. I like this one a bit better than adjusting PCC's privacy policy. I am not sure if we can adjust PCC's privacy policy without written permission from the Clerk's office.
