For many folks watching or listening to "breaking news", there is a major fire in downtown Toronto; location Queen Street West and Portland.
That is very close to the former (90 plus years!) home of
Evangel Hall , our PCC Inner City Mission, that was featured in February's Presbyterian Record.
From what I see, the fire is west of the former EH building (573 Queen West), and present buildings to the south and east (Portland Place at Portland and Richmond West) and the New Evangel Hall at 552 Adelaide Street West (e of Bathurst)....
As usual, they would appreciate our prayers at this time, and perhaps some more winter clothes (see website)
